18 ounces sauerkraut (can), rinsed and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
6-8 ounces corned beef, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dry the rinsed and drained sauerkraut with paper towels. Combine all ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13" pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with pieces of rye bread or slices of baguette.
