1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, melted
3 large egg whites
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon
4 cups of pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with sides with aluminum foil. Pour melted butter onto the foil. Mix together the egg whites, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add the pecan halves and toss until they are fully coated. Spread the pecans on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before serving.
