2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut into pieces, room temperature

Pot Pie

2 -3 Cups cooked turkey or chicken
1 -2 C cooked mixed vegetables or any leftover vegetables you have

1 can evaporated milk
4 C chicken broth or 4 C water with 4 bullion cubes
1/4 C flour
1 C water

For crust:
Mix flour and salt in processor. Add butter and cheese; blend until moist clumps form. Shape dough into 6-inch-long log. Wrap; chill while making chicken and filling.

Whisk together flour and water. In casserole dish stir together milk and broth. Bring to boil. Slowly whisk in flour and water stir until thickened. Lower heat. Add meat and vegetables. Let cool.

Roll out dough to fit top of casserole dish. Place on top of pie and make 3-4 slits in top. You can brush with egg wash if wanted. Bake at 350 for 1 1//2 hrs. Cover with foil if crust is browning too quickly.
