1 can of salmon, drained.
1/4 to 1/2 c minced onion
1/4 c meal
1/4 c flour
1 egg
1/2 t garlic, salt and pepper ( salt and pepper to your taste
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Flake the salmon and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Form into patties. Heat the oil into pan to medium high heat and slowly add a patty. Brown on the bottom and turn over to brown the other side, turning only once. Remove from pan and lay on paper towel lined plate. Ready to eat. You can use tuna instead.
