Ingredients:  
4 Poblano Peppers boiled, peeled, cored, seeded and diced.
5 tamatillos pealed and quartered
1 c. green onions
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 can 4oz. mild green chilies, drained
2 jalapeno peppers diced
1 T oil
1 c. onion diced
3 cloves garlic minsed
1 T cumin
1 tsp. sugar
1 can chicken broth
salt to taste

2 lbs of pork roast cut into cubes and browned.



puree all above and pour over pork simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
