1 pound pumpkin (100% pure pumpkin)
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup nuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, and water. Add in sugar. Add in flour and other ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
