1 12 oz bag spinach, washed and picked over
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Sweet and Sour Dressing
2 cups salad oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried onions

Directions:
Directions:
About a half hour before serving add sweet sour dressing and toss. Place all ingredients in small mixing bowl. Beat slowly with electric mixer, keep accelerating speed until thick and syrupy. Store in refrigerator.
