2 cups luke warm milk
2 packages yeast in 1/2 cup luke warm water
2 cups sifted flour

5 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick oleo melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup raisins
Step 3
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon soft butter
add cinnamon if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 packages of yeast in 1/2 cup of luke warm water. Mix the 2 cups of luke warm milk, yeast mixture, and 2 cups sifted flour and let stand for 45 minutes in a warm place.
Beat together the 5 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. Mix in the rest of the step 2 ingredients. Grease 2 bread pans and put dough into the pans. Place in a warm area to rise. Allow the dough to rise 1 inch above the pans. Mix step 3 ingredients and sprinkle on top of loaves before placing in the oven. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
