2 cups rice
1/4 cup oil
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chopped bacon or other pork
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
-Cook rice
-Fry pork in oil, stirring constantly
-Add onions and mushrooms
-Add beaten eggs and pepper - Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes
-Add rice and soy sauce
-Fry, stirring frequently for about more minutes
