2 cups hen broth
1/2 cup of giblets/dark meat
2 boiled eggs
milk
corn starch
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth and giblets to a boil, add milk and cornstarch to thicken. Stir in sliced eggs and black pepper.

Serve gravy over cornbread dressing w/cranberry sauce on side.
