24 foil muffin cups

24 vanilla wafers

(2) 8 oz. pkscream cheese

3/4 C. sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. lemon juice, if desired

1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Place one vanilla wafer in each muffin cup.

Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix in

lemon juice if using.

Fill cups 1/2 full of mix.and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min,or until set..

Cool and top with 1 Tble cherry pie filling. Place whipped cream on top
