2 big spanish onions
1/2 cup oil
1 small bottle of ketchup
1 middle tin of tomatoes
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
salt to taste
6 cups yellow beans

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 6 cups of yellow beans till tender. Drain. While these are boiling fry 2 big spanish onions in 1/2 cup oil. Add ketchup, tomatoes, sugar, vinegar and salt boil for approx. 1/2 hr. Add drained yellow beans to sauce mixture. Fill sterilized jars 3/4 full --- insert knife in jars to get rid of air bubbles --- wipe top of jar with a towel and lids should not be too tight.
To seal jars put an inch of water in a roaster and set oven to 350 degree --- once the temperature reaches 350 set timer for 15 minutes.
