1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 T. soft butter
5 T. powdered sugar
2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together and refrigerate for 40 minutes. Put coconut in a shallow pan in a 350º oven. Shake continually to toast (only takes a few minutes). Make small balls of cream cheese mixture & roll in cooled coconut. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
