4 or 5 chicken breasts
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. (or more) cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pkg. stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in salted water, then cut or pull into pieces. Cook broccoli (per pkg. instructions). Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, cheese and broccoli. Spread 1/2 of this in the bottom of large casserole dish. Arrange chicken on top of mixture and spread the other half of mixture on top of chicken. Combine stuffing mix and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

You may adjust the amount of chicken per your taste. I use the whole box of Stove Top stuffing instead of 1/2.
