3-4 chicken breasts
1-2 celery ribs, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Garlic salt
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can Rotel, blended

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender in water seasoned with celery, salt and pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and reserve all stock. Combine soups, rotel and grated cheese. Just before putting casserole together, soak tortillas in boiling chicken stock until wilted. Start layering ingredients in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish in this order: tortillas, chicken, garlic salt to taste, soup mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers making sure the tortillas are ozzing with stock. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
