2 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c/ flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
confectioner's sugar
oil for deep fryer

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine eggs, milk and brown sugar. Combine flour, baking powder and salt, beat into egg mixture until smooth. In an electric skillet or deep fat fryer, heat oil to 375. Cover the bottom of a funnel spout with you finger, ladle 1/2 c. batter into funnel. Several inches above skillet release finger and move the funnel in a spiral motion until all the batter is released. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Repeat with remaining batter. dust with confectioner's sugar, serve warm.
