2 1/2 c grated unpeeled zucchini
2 1/2 c sifted flour
1/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c butter milk
16 oz chocolate chips
3/4 c chopped nuts

Sift together: flour, cocoa, baking soda, & salt.
Cream together until light and fluffy: margarine, oil, & sugar
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Stir in the grated zucchini; mix well. Put in a greased 9 X 13 cake pan.

Sprinkle top with chocolate chips and nusts.

Bake at 325 for 55 minutes or until done.
