4 tsp. mustard, stone ground
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
8 slices rye bread
8 oz. deli ham, sliced very thin
4 slices of havarti cheese, deli style
4 slices of tomato
4 slices red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Spread stone-ground and Dijon mustards evenly onto each slice of bread. Top four pieces of bread evenly with ham, cheese, tomato, and red onion. Cover with remaining four slices of bread. Place a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of sandwich with cooking spray and then add to the pan, cooking until lightly browned. Repeat for all sandwiches. Serve immediately. 4 servings
