½ cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4½ cups chopped fresh apples
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together butter, sugar and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into butter mixture. Add apples, vanilla and nuts. Blend well.
Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees in 9"x13" pan. Leave in pan after baking.
