4 Eggs
2 C sugar
2 C flour
2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon ground
1 1/2 C vegetable oil
3 C grated carrots
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs and sugar together
Mix flour/ soda/salt/cinnamon together
Mix on medium speed alternating while adding oil
Mix well then add pecans and carrots and mix well
Bake 350 x 35 minutes Bake in 3 9 inch round pans.
FROSTING:
8 oz cream cheese, 3/4 C butter/1 t vanilla mix together and add 3/4 plus box powdered sugar until thick.
Smooth onto cakes
