1 lb. uncooked chicken breasts
3 tbsp. chopped onion
10 water chestnuts
1 small can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Bone chicken breasts and put through food grinder with onion, chestnuts and mushrooms. Add cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, sherry and beaten egg whites. Form into small balls and fry in hot fat. Drain and serve on toothpicks. Makes 50 balls.
