1 1/2 pounds
2 eggs
Bread crumbs-1c.
Parmesan cheese -1/2 c.
Chopped garlic -1 clove
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian sausage.

Directions:
Directions:

Mix all the above together until the right texture. Roll into balls, and fry with Italian sausage
The amount of sausage used is up to your discretion.

You can use with pasta, or serve for sandwiches, using a pasta gravy on top with Parmesan cheese.
