1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Large onion








Directions:
Directions:
-Peel the onions and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cover with water; let stand for 30 minutes. Drain and wipe dry. Separate the slices into rings
-Beat flour, egg, milk, salt and pepper to make a batter adding more flour or milk if needed to make batter to dip onions in.
-Dip onion rings in batter and fry in deep fryer until lightly browned
