1 8oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 TBSP finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped peppers
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp salt (seasoning salt)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with one cup of the pecans and mix in mixer. Roll into ball and then roll in the other cup of pecans.
