2 1/2 c almond flour
3/4 c arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 baking soda
4 tbsp cold butter, duck fat, lard
2 large eggs
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, arrowroot flour, salt and baking soda. Store with a whisk to combine. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients with a pastry cutter or two knives. You want it to resemble coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and honey together. Add to the dry ingredients. Store until combined. Drop the batter into the prepared baking sheet with a large spoon. Bake for 12-15 min or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Add or reduce honey depending on how sweet you like your biscuits. These biscuits works great with soups or as an English muffins to put eggs on top of.
