1 Chuck Roast
1/2 c honey
1/2 c lemon juice
1 onion- sliced
1 t cloves
pepper and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast . Brown meat on both sides with onions. Mix honey, lemon juice and cloves in casserole dish and cook over low heat. Cut roast into pieces. Add to honey-lemon mixture and bake in oven at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
