Hearty Vegetable Soup Recipe

1 Lb. Ground Meat
1 Lg. Onion, chopped
1 Bag Frozen Carrots
2 Stocks Celery, chopped
5 C. Water
1 Bay Leaf
1 T. Sugar
1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 C. Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 C. Cabbage, chopped
2 T. Parsley, chopped

Small Cans of the following Vegetables (or frozen)
1 Can Corn
1 Can Peas
1 Can Green Beans
1 Can Lima Beans

Cook ground beef, onions, carrots and celery - sauté for 3 minutes.

Add water and cook for 35 minutes.

Then, add remaining ingredients and simmer until the vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
