3/4 C. Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 Egg, plus 1 Yolk
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Box Pudding Mix (3.5 Oz.) (instant Vanilla)
1/2 C. Sprinkles
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Cups Flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Beat Butter and Sugar on 'medium' speed for 2 minutes.

Add Eggs, Vanilla, Baking Soda and Salt. Mix until combined, scraping sides of bowl.

Add Pudding Mix for 30 Seconds

Turn mixer speed to 'low'; add Flour

Then add sprinkles.

Using a medium-size cookie scoop (2 T.), drop dough 2" apart on
ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Cool cookies on baking sheet 3 minutes before removing them to a cooling rack.
