4 Slices of Bread
1 Lb. Sausage or Bacon
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
6 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1/4 Tsp. Pepper

Heat over to 350 degrees.

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up bread slices and put in a 13x9" greased baking dish.

Brown and drain meat and cut into pieces.

Spoon meat over bread.

Sprinkle Cheese over all.

Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard and pepper.

Pour over cheese, meat and bread mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes
