2 packages dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour
1/2 cup flour for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp. sugar.
Wait 10 minutes, or until almost 2 cups.

Mix sugar and milk, stir until dissolved.
Stir in eggs and oil.
Add yeast mixture to egg mixture.
Pour over flour and stir.
Knead 15 minutes.
Form into ball and oil top.
Cover and let rise until double in size, approx. 1 hour.
Divide into 24 even balls.
Fill with your choice of filling.
Place on greased sheet.
Cover with tea towel and let rise 1/2 hour.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake at 350º, 15 - 25 minutes or until tops are brown.
