3 Qts water
3/4 lb Pastina
1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup Finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 Cup Finely chopped carrot
2 Tbsp Finely chopped parsley
2 Bay leaves
2 Tbsp EV olive oil
Salt

Directions:
Add 3 Quarts of water in a pot.
Add all the ingredients except the Pastina.
Once the water has come to a boil, let it boil for 15 mins.
Add the Pastina and let it cook until it is Al Dente.
Serve with some grated Parmigiano
