Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 Avacados – I use the Haas and like the ones that are just a touch tender. I only buy the hard avacados if I have a few days to let them soften
1 small Sweet Onion, Chopped finely
1 Jalapeno chopped, finely – I de-seed because some in my family are wimpy. I leave a few seeds but remove the majority.
2 Roma Tomatos - diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Lemon or Lime to slow the browning of the avacado
1 heaping teaspoon Cumin
Season to taste with Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Split Avacados, remove pit, scoop into a medium bowl.
Juice Lemon or Lime over Avacado.
Add onion, jalapeno, tomatoes and seasoning. Mix.
A couple of notes, add as much or as little of the onions, tomatoes, jalapeno as you want. I like to have enough to have some of all on a chip when I scoop it.
Cumin is the important ingredient. I don’t really measure any spices, I just add until I get to the right taste. I probably use less Salt and more Cumin, Pepper and Garlic salt. You can substitute Garlic powder for garlic salt.

Personal Notes:
This is just a simple recipe I have tweaked along the way because I love guacamole. I have sampled many and find that I dislike the ones that are too creamy or seem to use a packet for seasoning. I like to make it from scratch- it’s easier than you think and much tastier. Many compliments from family and friends on this recipe.
