2 ½ Cup Coarsely crushed Cornflakes
½ cup melted Butter
2 bags of shredded cabbage – No Carrots or red cabbage – just white cabbage
1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
1 can condensed cream of Celery Soup
1 Cup Milk
½ cup of Mayonnaise
2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder

• Toss the cornflakes and butter; sprinkle half into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
• Layer with the cabbage, onion, salt, pepper & Garlic powder (to taste).
• In a bowl, combine the soup, milk and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over top.
• Sprinkle with cheese and remaining cornflake mixture.
• Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
