2 STICKS UNSALTED BUTTER *ROOM TEMPERATURE*

1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/2 TSP FINE SEA SALT
1 TSP VANILLA
2.5 CUPS FLOUR

Directions:
BEAT BUTTER, SUGAR AND SALT AT MEDIUM SPEED APPROX 3 MIN.

REDUCE SPEED TO LOW AND ADD IN VANILLA
ADD THE FLOUR ALL AT ONCE
WHEN IT STARTS TO COMBINE AND LOOKS LIKE CHUNKS OR NUGGETS
TAKE SECTIONS OUT AND COMBINE WITH THE HEEL OF HAND UNTIL SMOOTH.

ROLL COOKIE DOUGH BETWEEN 2 SHEETS OF PARCHMENT PAPER TO 1/8" THICKNESS. SLIDE DOUGH ONTO COOKIE SHEET AND FREEZE FOR 1 HOUR.

(YOU CAN ALSO CUT INTO STACKS, WRAP AND FREEZE FOR UP TO 2 MONTHS.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 11 TO 13 MINUTES
LET COOKIES REST ON COOLING RACK BEFORE REMOVING WITH SPATULA.
