1 16 oz. pkg. dry cornbread mix
1 small onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. dried sage
2 cups chicken stock
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package guidelines. After cooking, cool and crumble. Melt butter and saute celery and onion until soft. In a large bowl, mix the celery, eggs, chicken stock, sage, onions, three cups crumbled cornbread and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Place in a prepared 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
