Slow Cooker Sesame Chicken Recipe

3 8oz. chicken breasts
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp. tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sriacha
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
sesame seeds

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a slow cooker. Season the chicken with pepper. Add low-sodium soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, garlic, sriracha, ground ginger, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Stir and cover. Cook on low for 2 hours. Remove the chicken. Mix water and cornstarch and then add to leftover juices. Cover and let sit on low for 15 minutes. Add the chicken pieces back into the sauce and stir until chicken is well-covered. Add sesame seeds and serve over broccoli or rice.
