2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (3.8 oz.) box of chocolate or vanilla instant pudding mix

Directions:

In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients with wire whisk. Spoon pudding into 4-oz. wax-coated paper cups or a muffin pan lined with cupcake liners (or use popsicle molds). Place a plastic spoon or wooden popsicle stick in center of each and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Peel off papers or cupcake liners to serve.
