Crust:
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c water
1 c all purpose flour
4 large eggs

Filling:
2 1/2 c milk
1 - 8 oz cream cheese softened
2 sm boxes of instant vanilla pudding (can use sugar free, any other flavor)
1 - 8 oz Cool Whip thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Grease and flour 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 jelly roll pan.
Crust:
Heat margarine in water, when boiling turn heat down. Add flour, stir well until well mixed. Remove from heat. Add eggs and beat until sticky. Put into prepared pan, Bake 25-35 minutes - looks bubbly.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese till smooth, add pudding and milk. (add milk slowly). Mix well, pour over crust. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
