1/2 c self rising flour
1 1/2 c self rising corn meal
1 1/3 c buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c cream style corn
1 c chopped green pepper
1 c Longhorn shredded cheese
1/2 c oil
1 or more hot peppers - to taste

Mix and bake in 9 x 13 pan in 425 oven for 35 minutes.
