2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c lemon yogurt
1 large egg
1/4 c butter, melted
1 c fresh, or frozen blueberries

Glaze:
1/2 c confectioners sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix together sugar, yogurt, egg, and melted butter.
Add: sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mix well.
Add: flour, 1 cup at a time, mix until well blended.

In small bowl, mix sugar and lemon juice. Set aside

Drop biscuit dough, by 1/3 c full onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees, for about 15 minutes or until golde brown.

When cool, spread glaze on tops. Serve warm
