4 chicken breast
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can of rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, diced tiny
tortilla's

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
In sauce pan melt butter, add flour and milk until thicken. Add handful of shredded cheese. Pour this into a 11 x 9 casserole dish.
In bowl, add chicken, cream of chicken soup, rotel tomatoes, 1/2 shredded cheese and onion.
On flour tortilla, put about 3 tsp. of mixture and roll up, makes around 10.
Place each roll into the mixture in casserole dish. Cover with more cheese.
Bake approx. 30 minutes
