Four skinless, bonless chicken breasts
Swiss cheese slices (4)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Sherry
Seasoned stuffing mix or croutons
Butter/Margarine
Brown rice
Directions:
Directions:
Line casserole dish with chicken breasts
Cover chicken with layer of swiss cheese
Mix two cans cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of sherry
Pour over chicken
Top with light layer of stuffing mix or croutons
Drizzle melted butter or margarine over croutons/stuffing mix

Bake at 350º 1 to 1 1/4 hour - serve over brown rice.
