15 oz frozen spinach (thawed)
15 oz artichoke hearts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter/margarine
1 cup sour cream
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375║
SautÚ onion in margarine; cut artichokes in quarters, mix with onions
Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix drained spinach with sour cream and spread over artichoke mixture. Cover with parmesan cheese.
Bake until hot and bubbly.

For a different taste, 8 oz of cream cheese can be substituted for sour cream; top with croutons.
