1 pound crabmeat
1 egg
1 Tbl mayonnaise
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbl Old Bay
1 cup wet bread crumbs/cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly mix all ingredients - form crab cakes.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

If frying, heat 1/2 cup oil in pan - add crab cakes, brown on each side
