3 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 1/3 cup French's Taste Toppers French Fried Onions, divided
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
2. Spoon half of mixture into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup Taste Toppers and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture.
3. Bake 30 mins or until hot. Top with remaining 2/3 cup Taste Toppers and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 mins or until Taste are golden.
