2 c. chopped apple
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c seedless grapes (halved-optional)
1/3 c whipped cream or Cool-Whip (thawed)
1/4 c mayonaise
Ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Stir in celery, nuts, raisins, and grapes.
For dressing, fold mayonnaise into whipped cream and spread over apple mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cover and chill for 2 hours. To serve, fold dressing into fruit mixture.
