3 c. cooked brown rice
3 c. steamed broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken (cubed)
1 10 oz can either cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
1 c. shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Layer rice, broccoli, and chicken in shallow 2 qt casserole dish. Combine soup, yogurt, and curry and spread over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
