1 cup diced fresh chicken
1 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp. Soya sauce
cup onion chopped fine
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Pan fry meat 3 minutes in oil. Add Soya sauce. Don't pan too hot as sauce bums easily. Add onions, celery, mushrooms. Fry 5 minutes. Stir frequently. Mix some cornstarch in water. Add to first mixture and stir till it thickens. Almonds may be added to this.
