4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 oxo beef cube
1-1/2 lbs. round steak
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 onion sliced thin
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1-2 bay leaves
2 cups boiling water flour, salt and pepper
6 tbsp. Crisco

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Cut meat in 1/2 " strips and shake in bag with flour, salt and pepper. Brown meat in Crisco. As the meat is browned add to the onions and mushrooms in large stewing pot. Add oxo cube, dissolved in boiling water. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Add the bay leaf and dill weed. Cover and cook 1-1/2 - 2 hours on low heat. 10 minutes before serving add sour cream. Serve over rice.
