lb. per person chicken livers
4 strips lean bacon per person, finely chopped 2 green onions, chopped
1 pinch each salt, pepper, thyme
1 tin artichoke hearts cut in half and drained
clove garlic crushed
cup dry red wine
lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon until crisp. Add livers, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Cook on medium high heat until livers are just pink inside. Add artichoke hearts, wine and juice of lemon. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes to reduce liquid. Stir in chopped green onion and serve immediately.
